PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on proposed Local Laws amendments to Chapter 140, Zoning for 7/27/2022 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Five public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law E-2022, § 140-12. Yard (Setback) Regulations
Local Law F-2022, § 140-14 Agricultural Use
Local Law G-2022, § 140-14.1 Animal Husbandry
Local Law H-2022, § 140-16 Wetlands and Stream Buffer Requirements
Local Law I-2022, Article VI Non-Conforming Uses and Structures, § 140-39, § 140-40, § 140-41, § 140-42, § 140-43, § 140-44
The above local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town website https://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
