PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws adopting a new chapter, Board of Ambulance Commissioners, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held December 1, 2022 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.

Two public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:

Local Law 10-2022, Board of Ambulance Commissioners, Rochester Ambulance District

Local Law 11-2022, Board of Ambulance Commissioners, High Falls Ambulance District

The above local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town websitehttps://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
