PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 140, Zoning, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held October 27, 2022 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Four public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law T-2022, § 140-17 Parking, loading, access and traffic standards.
Local Law U-2022, § 140-20. General commercial and industrial standards.
Local Law V-2022, § 140-21. Signs.
Local Law W-2022, § 140-26. Multifamily residential uses.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
