Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the intermunicipal agreement with Ulster County for software access .
B. Federal Aid Local Project Agreement
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor and Town Attorney to sign the Federal Aid Local Project Agreement between the Town and New York State Department of Transportation, as presented.
C. Highway Fund Budget Modification
Recommended resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor as Budget Officer to amend the 2024 General Fund Budget as presented.
D. Highway Fund Budget Modification
Recommended resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor as Budget Officer to amend the 2024 Highway Fund Budget as presented.
