A. Introduction of Local Law C of 2024
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board sets a public hearing for Local Law C of 2024, Amendment to Chapter 140, Zoning to include a new chapter entitled §140-32.1, Adult Use Cannabis Related Businesses to be held January 14, 2024 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY and requests the Town Clerk circulate legal notice of the public hearing. The January workshop meeting will immediately follow the public hearing.

B. Referal of Local Law C of 2024
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board requests the Town Clerk refer Local Law C of 2024, Amendment to Chapter 140, Zoning to include a new chapter entitled §140-32.1, Adult Use Cannabis Related Businesses to the Ulster County Planning Board, the Town of Rochester Planning Board, and any other agencies which may be determined to have legal authority to offer comment.

C. New Position Duties Statement
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to submit a “New Positions Duties Statement” to the Ulster County Department of Personnel for determination.
