Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the agenda, as prepared by the Town Supervisor.

B. Authorizing Use of ARPA Funds – Amending resolution #333-2022
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board amends resolution #333-2022 as follows:
Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to utilize $40,000 [$100,000] of American Rescue Funding to be deposited in the Highway Fund to assist in unbudgeted expenditure overages of [increased] fuel [and roadwork] costs for 2022. This shall be categorized in the “revenue loss” category of funding.
