MEETING MINUTES OF OCTOBER 6, 2022 SPECIAL MEETING OF Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD held at 6:30PM at the Town of Rochester Court House.

Chair Psaras called the meeting to order at 6:30PM and asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Planning Board Secretary did roll call attendance.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Mr. Jones made a motion to enter executive session at 6:33pm. Mr. Pinsky seconded the motion.
All in Favor. Motion Carried

Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Planning Board motions to enter into executive session at 6:33 pm for the purposes of discussions regarding matters leading to the appointment, employment, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or corporation.
Mr. Jones made a motion to exit executive session at 8:14pm. Mr. Williams seconded the motion.
All in Favor. Motion Carried

Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Planning Board motions
to exit executive session at 8:14 pm.
