MEETING MINUTES OF November 13th, 2024, REGULAR MEETING OF Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD held at 6:30PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center and streamed live via YouTube.
Chair Jones called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM and asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Secretary Wilhelm did roll call attendance.

Chair Jones introduced the application. Mr. Church explained that the applicant has requested to waive the public hearing. Chair Jones advised the board that he does not feel a public hearing should be waived due to the importance of public comment. The board discussed the next steps of the project, required documents, and necessary map changes with Mr. Roebuck, Secretary Wilhelm will send a post meeting letter to the applicant.

Chair Jones explained to the board that the purpose of this application being on the agenda is for Ms. Carney to explain the changes made to the map after the site visit. Ms. Carney introduced the application and explained the changes made to the map. The board made an appointment for a few members to meet with Ms. Carney to discuss the next steps of the project, required documents, and necessary map changes.

Mr. Towne explained the application and new material’s that have been submitted. Mr. Church discussed his review with the board and applicant. Member Farmwald made a motion to set the public hearing for the December 9th, 2024, meeting. Member Pinsky 2nd the motion. All in favor, 6 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain.

The board entered an Executive Session Meeting with Attorney David Gordon and Town Planner Dave Church.
