Parcels are in the R-5 zoning District. Applicant proposes the following: +/-3.25 acres to be conveyed from 68.3-1-33.120 to 68.3-1-33.110. Applicant has met zoning requirements and no physical restrictions apply. Current and previous owners were searched in IQS databases – there was a subdivision of lands filed in 2020 but it has been determined this can proceed at LLI.

Parcels are in the R-2 district. Parcel #1 is +/- 4.4 acres, parcel #2 is +/- 2.5 acres. Applicant proposes a LLI combining both parcels to make one parcel of +/- 6.9 acres. Applicant has met zoning requirements and no physical restrictions apply. Ulster County has a recorded subdivision on file from 1978. It does not clearly state whether it was classified as major or minor. After a phone conversation with Mary Lou Christiana on 5-18-2022 it was reviewed and determined that the Lot-Line Improvement classification was appropriate.
