PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the regular meeting of the Town of Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for August 15th,2024 has been cancelled. The next regular meeting is scheduled for September 19th,2024 at 6:00 pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd., Accord, NY 12404.
Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled to reopen the public
hearing for Local Law G of 2024, a local law establishing a Community Preservation Fund and
creating a Community Preservation Fund Advisory Board as authorized by General Municipal
Law 6-S for the purpose of preserving natural, scenic, historic, and open space resources within
the Town on Thursday September 5, 2024, at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15
Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404. A copy of said law is available in the office of the Town
Clerk and on the Town website: www.townofrochester.ny.gov.

knowledgeable and experienced companies to provide all design, labor, material, and equipment
for the services in renovation of the Town of Rochester Justice conference room. A copy of the bid
packet is available in the office of the Town Clerk, 50 Scenic Road Accord, NY 12404 and on the
Town Website www.townofrochester.ny.gov. Bids are due on or before Wednesday August 7, 2024,
at 3:00pm at the office of the Town Clerk or by email kgundberg@townofrochester.ny.gov. The Town
