VII. Temporary Loan to the Highway Fund
The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the budget officer to make a temporary loan from the General Fund to the Highway Fund in the amount of $300,000.00. Reimbursement to be made, including interest, which would have been accumulated where the funds to remain in the general fund, upon receipt of reimbursement of CHIPS funding, however no later than September 30, 2024.
