Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Local Law G of 2024, a local law establishing a Community Preservation Fund and creating a Community Preservation Fund Advisory Board as authorized by General Municipal Law 6-S for the purpose of preserving natural, scenic, historic, and open space resources within the Town on Thursday July 11, 2024, at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404.

Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Local Law H of 2024, a local law adopting a Community Preservation Plan for the purpose of preserving natural, scenic, historic and open space resources with the Town on Thursday July 11, 2024, immediately following the proposed Local Law G-2024 at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.

Local Law I of 2024, Imposing a Real Estate Transfer Tax
Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for
Local Law I of 2024, imposing a 1.5 percent Real Estate Transfer Tax on the conveyance
of interests in real property in the Town, with the revenues derived from this tax to be deposited
in the Town of Rochester Community Preservation Fund for the purpose of preserving natural,
scenic, historic, and open space resources for the preservation of community character within the
Town on Thursday July 11, 2024, immediately following the proposed Local Law H-2024 at the
Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
