PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board is seeking bids from qualified,
knowledgeable and experienced companies to provide all design, labor, material, and equipment
for the services in renovation of the Town of Rochester Justice conference room. A copy of the bid
packet is available in the office of the Town Clerk, 50 Scenic Road Accord, NY 12404 and on the
Town Website www.townofrochester.ny.gov. Bids are due on or before Wednesday August 7, 2024,
at 3:00pm at the office of the Town Clerk or by email kgundberg@townofrochester.ny.gov. The Town
Board has the right to reject any and all bids.
