Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the minutes of the May 2, 2024 regular business meeting, the may 15, 2024 Workshop meeting, The May 23, 2024 Special Meeting and the May 30, 2024 Audit meeting, as presented.

C. Acceptance of Donations
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts donations of:
Potting soil, spider plants, and mini planters from Susan Bruck

$164.00 in cash donations collected at the Spring Fling Luncheon

E. Appointment of Summer Recreation Program Staff
On request of the Recreation Director the Town of Rochester Town Board appoints Summer Recreation staff as follows, effective June 24, 2024 through _____ for the rates of pay and hours, as budgeted.

F. Appointment of Highway Employees
On request of the Highway Superintendent Jeff Frey, the Town of Rochester Town Board appoints:

Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the Parking Violation Tickets, as presented.

H. General Fund Budget Modification
The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, as Budget Officer to amend the 2024 General Fund Budget, as presented.

I. Highway Budget Modification
The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, as Budget Officer to amend the 2024 Highway Budget, as presented.

J. Co-Sponsor Heritage Day
On request of the Friends of Historic Rochester, the Town of Rochester Town Board agrees to co-sponsor the Friends of Historic Rochester Heritage Day to be held October 5, 2024 and authorizes the use of the Harold Lipton Community Center, Town Hall, and Town Park facilities and properties. The Town Board further authorizes the Town Supervisor to utilize the Town insurance policy as an additional insured policy for the purposes of the closure of Main Street, Accord from Scenic Road to Granite Road for the event, at no additional cost to the Town, provided a COI is received from all vendors and/or organizations who will be utilizing the closed road. The Town Clerk, Recreation Director, and Town Supervisor shall coordinate with Friends of Historic Rochester on this.

K. Consideration of Local Law D of 2024
Proposed Local Law D: The Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester shall be amended to reflect that the property contained in Ulster County Tax Map known as SBL 76.10-1-27.100, 6 Samsonville Road, Kerhonkson NY and located in the Industrial (I) zoning district shall be rezoned to be located in the Hamlet (H) zoning district, at the landowners petition.

L. Presentation of Local Law E of 2024

M. Authorization to Retain GAR Associates
Proposed resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board agrees to enter into a professional services agreement with GAR Associates LLC and authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the Agreement for Professional Services, as presented.
