A. Appointment of Transfer Station Laborers
Recommended resolution; Upon recommendation of Town Clerk Kathleen Gundberg and Supervisor Erin Enouen, the Town of Rochester Town Board appoints __________ to fill the vacant position of Laborer/Transfer Station at a rate of pay of $18.50 per hour for 32 hours worked per week.

B. Appointment of Assistant Recreation Director – Full Time Permanent
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints __________ to the Civil Service competitive classified position of Assistanct Recreation Director, Full Time, Permanant from the Certificate of Eligibles provided by the Ulster County Personnel Department, effective May 14, 2024, upon certification by New York State.
____________ shall be compensated at a rate of $22.00 per hour, per the Town of Rochester adopted 2024 Grade and Pay Schedule.
C. Appointment of Town Constables – Part Time Permanent
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints _____________ and ___________ to the Civil Service competitive classified position of Constable, Part-time from the Certificate of Eligibles provided by the Ulster County Personnel Department, effective _____, upon certification by New York State, contingent on completion of any qualifications or certifications as may be required to fulfil the position
