Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

RESOLUTIONS:

ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:
Resolution # 142-2024:

The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor with the addition of adding the discussion of the Record Storage Building bids.

SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING:
Resolution # 143-2024:

Motion: Councilwoman Enouen
Second: Councilman Coleman

The Town of Rochester Town Board sets a public hearing of Local Law D of 2024, a local law amending the zoning map upon zoning permit request by a landowner, to be held Thursday April 4, 2024 commencing at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY and requests the Town Clerk circulate and post all required notices of such public hearing.

SENDING REFERRAL:
Resolution # 144 -2024:

Second: Councilman Coleman

The Town of Rochester Town Board requests the Town Clerk send referral of Local Law D of 2024, a local law amending the zoning map upon zoning permit request by a landowner, to the Town of Rochester Planning Board and Ulster County Planning Board for comment.

DISCUSSION:

ZONING MAP:
The Board discussed the zoning map amendments.

RECORDS STORAGE BIDS:
Supervisor Baden stated that two bids were received. The Board will grade the two bids and bring them before the Board at the Audit meeting.
