Whereas, The Town of Rochester Town Board adopted resolution to advertise a notice of a call for sealed bids for 1-2016 RAM 5500 2WD Bucket Truck with an Altec AT40G 45’ Lift on January 4, 2024, and
Whereas, Such notice was posted on the Town website and on the NYS Contract Reporter and on the Town Clerk bulletin board on January 8, 2024, and
Whereas, such sealed bids were due for receipt on January 19, 2024 at 1pm, and
Whereas, such sealed bids were opened, as per the notice, on January 19, 2024 at 1:30pm, and
Whereas 3 sealed bids were received, including the required Non-Collusion signed statement, as follows and all 3 bids meet or exceed the specifications contained in the call for bids,

Therefore, the Town of Rochester awards such sealed bid to Utility Auto Sales, Bernville, PA 19508 in the amount of $ 75,000.00 for 2016 Dodge ram 5500 and requests the Town Supervisor and Town Highway Superintendent commence and offer contract for the acquisition of the vehicle.

SUPERVISOR UPDATE TO BOARD:
BridgeNY 2024 applications: the application for the culvert was due last Friday. Everything was submitted. The application for the bridge is due tomorrow, worked on finalizing the application today. We received letter of support from the Fire District and a letter from the Supervisor about any easments that will need to be obtained. The board has to address SEQRA at another date and will have to adopt the SEQRA.
Highway Fund loan from General Fund: The loan that was approved did not have to be given because tax money was received early enough to fund the account.
Discussion with Town Attorney (approximately 7:30pm)
Ambulance District Contracts – 2024:
Attorney Christiana discussed with the Board the Ambulance District contracts along with David Bollin, Chair to the Ambulance District Advisory Board.
Supervisor Baden and Attorney Christiana will work on an updated contract and will bring it back to the Board at the February meeting.
LOCAL LAW 3 OF 2024, AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 140, CANNABIS:
The Board reviewed the Planning Board recommendations with Attorney Christiana.
LOCAL LAW 12 OF 2023, SUBDIVISION, CHAPTER 125:
The Board reviewed the recommendations from the County Planning Board and Dave Church, Town Planning Board Attorney and any new comments submitted.
ZONING LAW AND MAP DATES AND TIMES FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION:
