The Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled Information Sessions regarding proposed Local Law
13-2023: Amending Chapter 140 Zoning and Local Law 14-2023: Amending the zoning map for
12/20/2023 at 6:30pm, 1/10/2024 at 6:30pm and 1/20/2024 from 10am-1pm. All meetings will be held
at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, New York 12404. Copies for proposed
local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the town website
www.townofrochester.ny.gov. All interested persons will be heard.
