Town of Rochester Town Board held a Workshop Meeting on October 19, 2023, at 6:30 pm at the Accord Fire District Social Hall, 22 Main Street, Accord, NY 12404.

Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
DISCUSSION:
Town Board review of 2024 Tentative Budget
• Councilwoman Enouen left at 10:00pm.

Zoning Code, Apprendix C, Schedule of District Uses – add 2 newly defined uses to schedule as per attorney.
AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR TO SEND DRAFT LOCAL LAW:
Resolution # 336 -2023:

Motion: Councilman Coleman
Second: Councilwoman Smiseth

The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to send the local law identified as “DRAFT Local Law C of 2023, as of 10/14/23 – Attorney Comments Incorporated” to the Ulster County Planning Board, Town of Rochester Planning Board, and the Town of Rochester Code Enforcement Department for referral for comment. This shall include Appendices B, Schedule of Lot Development Standards and C, Schedule of District Uses.
