Town Board review of 2024 Tentative Budget

Zoning Code, Apprendix C, Schedule of District Uses – add 2 newly definied uses to schedule as per attorney

IV. Resolution
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to send the local law identified as “DRAFT Local Law C of 2023, as of 10/14/23 – Attorney Comments Incorporated” to the Ulster County Planning Board, Town of Rochester Planning Board, and the Town of Rochester Code Enforcement Department for referral for comment. This shall include Appendices B, Schedule of Lot Development Standards and C, Schedule of District Uses.
