The Town Board accepts the agenda as presented with the amendments of adding resolution for loan to the highway department, discussion with the granary project applicants, and to add an item to interview a planning board applicant at our next meeting.

The Board discussed with the applicants, items discussed at the public hearing and plans to the application itself.
TEMPORARY LOAN TO HIGHWAY DEPT:
Resolution # 271-2023:

The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the budget officer to make a temporary loan from the General Fund to the Highway Fund in the amount of $600,000. Reimbursement to be made, including interest which would have been accumulated where the funds to remain in the general fund, upon receipt of reimbursement of CHIPS funding and/or BridgeNY funding, however no later than December 26, 2023.
