Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has schedule a public hearing on proposed local law x-2023: providing for a moratorium on actions subject to building permits, site plan, special use permits, or subdivision review for the period October 2- December 15, 2023, to be held on September 7, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404

The above local law is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town website https://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/.com)
