MEETING MINUTES OF JANUARY 30, 2023, WORKSHOP MEETING OF Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD held at 6:30PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center and streamed live via YouTube.
Chair Psaras called the meeting to order at 6:41 PM and asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
The secretary did roll call attendance.

S/B/L 77.1-2-33.510 – Lucas Tpke/Peninsula Ln.
1C.2-b | Add aquifer protection overlay zone.
1C.3-a | Include aquifer protection overlay zoning district.
1C.3-c | Conflicting information at the county level and within the application, regarding agricultural zoning of the parcel. Currently listed as no, but discussion regarding ag. district will follow to clarify.
1D.1-b | The number of disturbed acreages is uncertain based on the current plans. This discrepancy is preventing the consulting firm from producing a complete review. The plans should include the amount of disturbance per acre per plot.

The board agrees to table the DeJager Long Form Review after part 2- section 2 and will pick up at part 2- section 3 at the next meeting.

o Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Planning Board motions to enter executive session at 7:47p for the purposes of discussions regarding matters leading to appointment, employment, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or corporation.
o Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Planning Board motions to exit executive session at 9:08p.
Mr. Jones makes the motion to exit, Mr. Jarvis seconds the motion, all in favor, motion carried. 6 Ayes, 0 Nays, 0 Abstentions.
