HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION REQUEST:
The HPC is holding an event on 6/25 and asked for use of chairs from the community center and possibility of a portapotty to be left at the schoolhouse.

NO PARKING FIRE LANE LAW:
Supervisor Baden presented a draft proposed local law for no parking in fire lane however upon review from Attorney Christiana it was discussed that it is difficult to write a law pertqaining to draft site locations. It was suggested to eliminate parking on one side completely and increase the fines of parking in the emergency service area, and work with the owner on having a chain go across the draft site location.

The Town of Rochester Town Board scheduled a public hearing on proposed local law # 8-2023: amending Chapter 132: Vehicle and Traffic for 6/29/2023 at 5:30pm with the audit meeting immediately following, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404 and for the Town Clerk to advertise the same.

GRANARY COMMENTS:
Supervisor Baden gave the Board legal comments from the applicants attorney. The Board discussed some concerns in the EEO law with the project. The Board agreed to table the discussion until more information can be gathered.

The Board reviewed the RFP presented by Supervisor Baden. With changes made Supervisor Baden stated that he would make corrections and bring it back to the Town Board at the workshop meeting on 6/15/2023.

The Board reviewed the proposed zoning changes.
