Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge and Allegiance to the Flag.

AMENDEMENT OF RESOLUTION # -2023:APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING SECRETARY
Resolution # 219-2023:

Motion: Councilwoman Enouen
Second: Councilman Coleman

The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints Jasmyne Wilhelm to the position of Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals for a workweek of 28 hours per week (M, T, Th, F 8am-12 Noon, 1pm-3pm and W 8am-12 Noon) plus any additional evening meeting hours at a rate of pay of $19.00 per hour, effective June 5, 2023. This position is classified as “Exempt” under NYS Civil Service classification.
