The public hearing is convened on the matter of request by Accord LLC for consideration of inclusion of 5 parcels in the Economic Enterprise Overlay zoning district, pursuant to Town of Rochester Code §140-18.1.

The parcels are identified as SBL 77.9-1-25, 77.9-1-27, 77.9-1-28, 77.9-1-29, and 77.9-1-31 and are located at 2 Towpath Road, 4 Towpath Road, 8 Towpath Road, and Granite Road and are located in the Hamlet (H) zoning district.

B. Setting Public Hearing
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board will reconvene a public hearing on the matter of request by Accord LLC for consideration of inclusion of 5 parcels in the Economic Enterprise Overlay zoning district, pursuant to Town of Rochester Code §140-18.1 at 6:30pm on July 27, 2023 at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404. The Town Clerk is requested to post legal notice of the hearing.

C. Appropriation and Transfer of ARPA Funds
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authroizes the Town Supervisor to appropriate $175,000 in American Rescue (ARPA) funding for the purposes of grant match for the Ulster County parks grant. The funds shall be transferred from ARPA receivable funds to the Capital Project fund.
