Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge to the Flag.

PRESENT:
Councilman Michael Coleman Councilwoman Erin Enouen
Councilwoman Charlotte Smiseth Councilman Adam Paddock
Supervisor Michael Baden

The Town Board reviewed Chapter 125, subdivision and related comments. Conservation subdivision code from Rhinebeck was utilized as a template for discussion of that section.

• Councilwoman Smiseth left at 1:10pm

Supervisor to present the AUD at the April audit meeting for authorization to file resolution.
