PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Law _ of 2023, an extension of Local Law 3-2022 for the period of June 5, 2023 through October 1, 2023, “Moratorium on Actions Subject to Building Permit, Site Plan, Special Use Permits, or Subdivision Review”, to be held May 4, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404. The May regular business meeting will immediately follow.
The above local law is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town website https://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board scheduled a public hearing for Thursday May 4, 2023, immediately following the completion of the 6:30pm public hearing for Local Law x of 2023, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY.
The public hearing is convened on the matter of request by Accord LLC for consideration of inclusion of 5 parcels in the Economic Enterprise Overlay zoning district, pursuant to Town of Rochester Code §140-18.1.
The parcels are identified as SBL 77.9-1-25, 77.9-1-27, 77.9-1-28, 77.9-1-29, and 77.9-1-31 and are located at 2 Towpath Road, 4 Towpath Road, 8 Towpath Road, and Granite Road and are located in the Hamlet (H) zoning district.
The May regular business meeting will immediately follow.
