PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 128, Taxation and Chapter 17, Ethics, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held April 4, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404. The March regular business meeting will immediately follow.

Two public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law 5-2023, amendment to Chapter 128, Taxation
Local Law x-2023, amendment to Chapter 17, Ethics

The above local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town website https://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)

Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
