PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws adopting the 2020 NY Stretch Code and making amendments to Chapter 111, Building Construction, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held March 2, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404. The March regular business meeting will immediately follow.

Two public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law 3-2023, Adoption of 2020 NY Stretch Code (Energy Code)
Local Law 4-2023, § 65, Building Construction

The above local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town website https://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)
