D. Authorizing the Supervisor to Sign a Contract Renewal
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign contract renewal for generator service maintenance agreement for the generator located at the Harold Lipton Community Center between the Town of Rochester and Peak Power Systems, 99 Sprague Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940 for the period of March 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024 in the amount of $624.00.
