1. PB 2021 -03 SBD (Minor) Continued Application

Applicant proposes the division of (+/- 33.8 acres) into three lots. Lot one (+/- 6.1 acres) will maintain the existing recording studio use (PB approval 6/22/2010). Lot 2 (+/- 19.0) acres, lot 3 (+/-8.7 acres). Parcel is in the Ulster County Ag District, contains DEC known Trout Stream and UC Habitat Core lands along the rear interior of the parcel. Applicant proposes the subdivision of parcel S/B/L 77.1-2-33.510 (+/- 93.4 acres) into 14-lot residential subdivision with: septic/wells, new private road extending from Lucas Avenue to Peninsula Lane. The parcel is in the AR-3 (residential agriculture) zoning district.
3. PB 2022-06 SUP (Existing) New Application

S/B/L 69.3-2-24 – 4802 Route 209 Applicant proposes to continue outdoor dining allowed by Executive Order during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Parcel is in the R-2 zoning district.

4. PB 2022-11 SBD (Minor) New Application

S/B/L 77.1-1-26.1 – 4969 Route 209
Applicant proposes minor subdivision of the +/- 7.885-acre parcel into two parcels of +/- 3.295 acres and +/- 4.590 acres. Parcel is in the B zoning district.

5. PB 2022-06 LLI New Application

S/B/L 59.-2-28.115 – 473 Upper Cherrytown Rd.
Applicant proposes a lot line to be removed from S/B/L 59.-2-28.113 (currently +/- 2.3 acres) to make one parcel of +/- 27.5 acres for S/B/L 59.-2-28.115 (currently +/- 25.2 acres). Parcel is in the R-5 zoning district.

6. PB 2022-07 LLI New Application

Applicant proposes a lot line to be removed from S/B/L 59.0-2-26.200 (currently +/- 2.62 acres) to make one parcel of +/- 5.97 acres for S/B/L 59.0-2-26.120 (currently +/- 3.35 acres). Parcel is in the R-5 zoning district.
