E. Authorizing the Supervisor to Initiate Renewal of a Contract
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Town of Rochester and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 363 to be in force for the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026.
