As of 12:01am Wednesday Sept. 7 the Town of Rochester State of Emergency banning open burning is rescinded due to the rainstorms.

We will reevaluate the conditions throughout the next months for possible reinstatement, if necessary. I thank everybody for their compliance and understanding these past 2 weeks.
