Advertisement of Sealed Bids
The Town of Rochester Town Board is seeking sealed bids for radio equipment monthly rental and airtime leasing for the Town of Rochester Highway Department, subject to the following specifications. Sealed bids shall be received by mail or in person due on or before August 1, 2022 at 3pm at Town of Rochester Town Clerk, 50 Scenic Road, PO Box 65, Accord, NY 12404. No emailed bids will be accepted. Bid must include a non-collusion bidding statement, or will be rejected.
The bid notice to be advertised on the NYS Contract Reporter website by the Supervisor.

A total cost for the 60 months should be made as part of the proposal. Pricing should be for a 60 month duration, invoiceable monthly, including any setup, maintenance, or pricing escalation costs.
Models indicated are the current system in use by the Town. Specific models of equipment proposed must be included in proposal submittals. Alternatives which are certified comparable or better to the Motorola make and model may be proposed.
