A. Acceptance of Agenda
Recommended Resolution: The Town Board accepts the agenda, as prepared by the Town Supervisor.

B. Change in Employment Position
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes a change in compensation for the Code Enforcement/Building Inspector position from $1015 weekly salaryfor 35 hours worked per week to be new amount of $29.00 hourly, the work week to be established as not less than 21 hours per week and not more than 35 hours per week, effective July 3, 2022. Medical and dental insurance benefits shall continue, as exist currently.
