Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that the Town Board accepts the agenda, as prepared by the Town Supervisor.

RECESS THE AUDIT MEETING:
Resolution # 234 -2022:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to recess the audit meeting at 6:58pm to be reconvened at the end of the Special meeting.

RECONVENE MEETING:

The Board reconvened the audit at 10:25pm.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that the Town Board approves payment of Abstract 5-2022 in the amount of:

Highway Fund $ 323,376.82
General Fund $ 91,514.71
Street Lighting Fund $ 532.49
Escrow Fund $ 3,535.00
