NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matters at its meeting on Monday, June 13, 2022 commencing at 7:00PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404 and on Zoom.
PB 2022 – 02 SBD (Minor) Gail & Andrew Kenneda S/B/L 68.4-2-9
Applicant proposes a subdivision of the current parcel into two lots: Lot #1 – +/- 2 acres & Lot #2: +/-12. Parcel is in the R2 zoning district.

PB 2021–23 SBD (Minor) Honeycomb Hills – CRAM LLC S/B/L 68.3-1-27
Applicant proposes the subdivision of the +/- 24 acre parcel to make the following: Lot #1: +/-5.430 acres, Lot #2: +/- 5.671 acres, Lot #3: +/- 7.253 acres, & Lot #4: +/- 5.566 acres. Parcel is in the R5 zoning district.
