NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to RPTL 506, 526 (1), 1526, that the Assessor of the Town of Rochester, County of Ulster, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy is on file in the Assessor’s Office at the Town Hall or on-line at: https://ulstercountyny.gov/real-property/assessment-rolls

The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll by appointment only Monday thru Wednesday 8:30am to 11:30am, and Thursday and Friday 1pm to 4pm up until May 26th. The Assessor will also be available Thursday 5/12 6pm to 8pm by appointment only and Saturday 5/14 12:30pm to 4:30pm by appointment only. Call 845-626-0920 to schedule an appointment.
