Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:
Resolution # 154-2022:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that the Town Board accepts the agenda, as prepared by the Town Supervisor.
Second: Councilman Paddock
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

The Town Board tabled the Audit in order to begin the 7:00pm Public Hearing.
