NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to NYS General Municipal Law, Article 18, ยง808, the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing on March 31, 2022 at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404 commencing at 7:00 PM
The public will be heard on the matter of Local Law 1-2022, amending Chapter 140, Zoning, to add a new section 140-13.1, Accessory Dwelling Units, of the Code of the Town of Rochester
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
