CALL TO ORDER:

Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

PRESENT:

Councilman Michael Coleman Councilwoman Erin Enouen
Councilman Adam Paddock Councilwoman Charlotte Smiseth
Supevisor Michael Baden Human Resource Consultant Michael Richardson

A Motion was made by Supervisor Baden that the Town Board motions to enter into Executive Session at 6:01pm for the purposes of discussion about the employment of a particular person.
Second: Councilwoman Enouen
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to exit Executive Session at 6:32pm.
Second: Councilman Paddock
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

• Councilwoman Smiseth left prior to the adjournment of executive session at 6:31pm.
ADJOURNMENT:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to adjourn the meeting at 6:32pm.
