NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on Monday, February 14, 2022 commencing at 7:00PM on Zoom.
PB 2021-21 SBD (Minor) John DeForest
S/B/L 76.1-2-50.100 – 328 Boice Mill Rd. – Minor Subdivision
Applicant proposes the subdivision of the +/- 2.5-acre parcel to make the following: lot #1: +/- 1.3 acres & lot #2: +/- 1.2 acres. Parcel is in the R1 zoning district.
