Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING:
Resolution # 305-2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen;
Upon advisement of the code enforcement officer and attorney for the town, the Town of Rochester Town Board postpones without date of reschedule the hearing scheduled to be held Wednesday October 27th at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404 on the matter of Hidden Forest MHP LLC permit to operate a Manufactured Housing Park located at 19 Mettacahonts Road, Accord, NY 12404.
The Town reserves the right to convene the hearing by resolution at a future date.
The Town Board further directs the attorney for the town to write a letter to the attorney representing Hidden Forest MHP LLC advising that the hearing will not take place, but that the Town reserves the right to reschedule the hearing.
The Town Board further directs the Town Supervisor to write a letter to the park residents to be delivered to each residence by the constabulary indicating the postponement of the hearing.

Discussion: Councilwoman Enouen requests the letter to the residents state the Town feels confident the issues will be resolved.

DENTAL INSURANCE:
Resolution # 306 -2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that The Town of Rochester Town Board will offer dental insurance coverage for the insurance period 12/1/2021 – 11/30/2022 to all employees who are regularly scheduled at 28 hours per week or greater. Family or spousal plans will also be offered. Dental insurance will not be subject to insurance buyout provions. Employees will be responsible to pay 25% of the monthly premium coverage charge to the Town.

The Board reviewed the 2022 Tentative Budget and made appropriate changes.

SCHEDULING A SPECIAL MEETING:
Resolution # 307-2021:

A Motion was made by Supervisor Baden that the Town of Rochester Town Board will hold a special budget workshop meeting on Tuesday Oct. 26 at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404 and requests the Town Clerk circulate notice of such.
