The Town of Rochester Town Board held a Special meeting at 7:32 pm on August 12, 2021 at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd Accord, NY 12404 immediately following the public hearing on proposed local law # 3-2021:

REVIEW OF SEQRA PART 2- LOCAL LAW 3-2021:
The Town Board reviewed SEQRA 2& 3 and agreed there was no impact.
Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy asked about the impact on the Fire Company and First Aid Squad.
Supervisor Baden stated that this will help them because they will be given a list of addresses of all permits.
SEQRA DETERMINATION: PROPOSED LOCAL LAW # 3-2021:
Resolution # 256-2021:
A Motion was made by Councilman Paddock that this project is a type 1 action and conditioned negative declaration as this will result in no significant adverse impacts on the environment.

BUDGET MODIFCATIONS:
The Board reviewed the Budget modifications presented by Supervisor Baden.
Resolution # 257 -2021:
A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt that the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, as Budget Officer, to amend the 2021 General Fund and 2021 Highway Fund budgets, as presented.
Second: Councilwoman Enouen
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried
WATERSHED EDUCATION PARK:
The Board received the second phase of the Watershed Education Park and will review it and discuss it at the Audit/workshop meeting.
2020 CENSUS:
2020 Census: the numbers are in the Town of Rochester is 7272. We are down 41 since 2010.
ADJOURNMENT:
A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to adjourn the meeting at 8:10pm
