2021 ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING NOTICE and MEETINGS LOCATION CHANGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold the 2021 Organizational Meeting on January 4th, 2021 commencing at 6:30PM via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus. Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a Monthly Business Meeting on January 7th, 2021 commencing at 6:30PM via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus.

The video and teleconference will be recorded, and a transcript of the meeting will be made of the meeting. Town Board meeting agendas will be available online in advance of the meeting at http://townofrochester.ny.gov/agendaminutes/town-board-agendas/
