NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE AND HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matters at its meeting on December 17th, 2020 commencing at 7:00PM via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus.

Proposed Use: Create one additional residential building lot (2-lot subdivision). Access strip to new lot will encroach side yard setback at existing garage.
Area Variance Required: side yard setback. Garage is proposed at 30’ 6” from line, 40’ is required.
Use Variance Required: Constructing an accessory structure without a principal structure on premises.
