NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Thursday, October 15th, 2020 commencing at 7:00PM, via:

Proposed Use: Wooden privacy fence parallel to the road, approximately 200’ long and 9’ high.
-Area Variance required: Fences in front yard not to exceed 4’ in height.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device. The video and teleconference will be recorded, and a transcript of the meeting will be made of the meeting.
