NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PUBLIC MEETING LOCATION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that effective immediately and until further notice, in accordance with the NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 addressing the COVID-19 virus, Town of Rochester Town Board meetings will be held via video and teleconference as permitted under NYS Open Meetings Law.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device. The video and teleconference will be recorded, and a transcript of the meeting will be made of the meeting. Town Board meeting agendas will be available online in advance of the meeting at http://townofrochester.ny.gov/agendaminutes/town-board-agendas/
