PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to General Municipal Law § 3-c the Town of

Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on Proposed Local Law # 8 of 2018:

Override of the tax levy limit for fiscal year 2019 of the Town of Rochester Budget for

November 1, 2018 at the Town of Rochester Town Hall immediately following the scheduled

7:00pm public hearing on the proposed 2019 budget.
